Chaseholm Farm is a third-generation dairy in Pine Plains, New York. Sarah Chase - a.k.a. Chase - and their partner, Jordan Schmidt, are guiding the farm's transition toward regenerative and diversified agricultural practices. Their expressions of home, community, and commitment point to the larger agricultural resurgence across the US that is being propelled by young farmers who are navigating financial pressures while remaining ethically driven and grounded in place.
