I am a photographer and documentarian living in Millerton, New York.
I have previously worked in print and radio and I hold a graduate degree in Political Science from City University New York. Today my storytelling combines photography, video, and oral history interviews to create vivid pictures of peoples' lives.
I have worked with The Sister Fund, Kite's Nest, Oral History Summer School, SBK Social Justice Center, Nobody Leaves Mid-Hudson, the Foreclosure Resisters, Take Back the Land, Center for Ethnomusicology at Columbia University, Ayni and Momentum, and The Climate Ribbon Project.
My work has been featured in Democracy Now!, RAW Story, Cool Hunting, and Culture Collide.
In addition to creating digital narratives, I work with The Watershed Center, a retreat and educational center for individuals and organizations involved in social movements.
